The location is ideally nestled between Key Largo and Islamorada, providing the best of both worlds! Ocean Pointe Suites, an ocean front condo property, is just steps away to all the Keys are known to offer: the world's best Fishing, Diving, Snorkeling, Paddle Boarding and Kayaking.

Great for families. This is an ideal destination for relaxing and enjoying the breezy days and abundant sunshine in the Florida Keys! Relax on the private Key's style beach and enjoy a stroll on the pier to the gazebo. Splash around in the beautifully renovated heated pool and hot tub and enjoy a Pina Colada at the poolside Mermaid Bar or enjoy adult beverages at the Cafe overlooking the ocean!

- Sleeps 5, with a Queen size bed in bedroom, Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and a convertible chair (twin) in living room. Perfect for families on a budget. I don't recommend adults sleeping on the sofa bed or converter chair for they tend to not be too comfortable..... Perfect for kids.
- Convenient In-unit WASHER/DRYER;
- Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, blender, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware. Please don't plan on cooking a robust, big meal like Thanksgiving. I provide the basics.
- Balcony with two chairs to watch the sunrise and abundant birds in the Mangroves.
- Provide all bath linens, BEACH TOWELS, bathroom essentials like starter toilet paper roll, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please bring your usage of items because I supply only starters of each.

Checkin is 4pm and checkout is 10am. I am not able to honor early checkin requests or late checkout requests. Please modify your travel days to accommodate the times.

THE LOCATION:
Located at mile-marker 92.5 and is centrally located between Key Largo and Islamorada, our Oceanfront Resort-Style property is only ¼ mile from Highway US 1 and has 60 acres of protected mangrove forest.

- Several rental companies are within 5-10 min driving including: glass boat tours, kayaks, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, snorkeling and other water activities;
- The closest gas station and convenience store are ¼ miles away;
- Winn-Dixie supermarket is only 1 mile away;
- Theatre of the Seas is 9 miles away;
- John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is 11 miles away;
- Miami International Airport is 70 miles away;
- Harry Harris Park is 1 mile away
- Kayak and Paddleboard rentals 3 miles away
- Snorkel and Charter boat rentals 3 miles away

Just remember that you're on "Island Time," mon, relax and enjoy! , charter boats for fishing and diving in Tavernier. Not to mention the fantastic drive over 200 bridges down to Key West!

PETS: Unfortunately, HOA rules do not allow guests to bring dogs. Service dogs require HOA Proof of Service Dog Documentation before your arrive. Please inform me of any service dogs at the time of your booking. You will not be allowed on property if you fail to inform me about your service dog per HOA rules and state law.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Will apply for excessive cleaning. Please leave my home as you found it. Thanks.

Two flat screen televisions with free premium channels, and FREE Wifi! A queen memory foam bed in the master bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa couch and convertible chair to a twin allows a family of 5 to sleep comfortably in this condo. Our family-friendly condo also includes a Pack n' Play, games, puzzles and books for your little ones. Cooking in the full kitchen provides a great money-saving option as does the free washer & dryer inside the condo. The gated complex has 24 hour security and plenty of free parking. A shopping center with grocery stores, restaurants, movie theatre, and bank is just a mile away.

MARINA/BOAT ACCESS:
Marina dock space and boat parking/storage available on a first come first serve bases with Rentals through our Marina Dock Master with proof of Liability Insurance. You can apply for rentals two weeks out upon arrival. NO JETSKIS allowed on property or in the marina. You will be turned away at the Gate if you choose to arrive with a Jetski or a boat without a boat slip or trailer parking reservation and will not be able to stay in the condo at your expense.
On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available for $4/ft/day and boat trailer parking is $40/day (free with slip rental).

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Located within 70 miles from Miami International Airport and an amazing 2 hour drive to Key West for a memorable day.

Please treat my home as if it was yours!

Unfortunately, our place isn’t well-suited for furry friends, so no pets are allowed. No smoking, please.

Condo is located on the third floor with an elevator.

We will provide the basics like starter kits for shampoo, conditioner, soap, start up toilet paper, a garbage bag and a roll of paper towels. We want our guests to feel at home visiting our home!

Suggested items that you should bring to make your stay more comfortable:
laundry detergent if you plan on using the washer and dryer, salt, pepper, spices, ground coffee (not k-cups), toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, suntan lotion and bug spray.

Please follow all house rules posted in Airbnb as well as on the refrigerator. The security deposit will be affected if chosen not to.

Please do not ask to negotiate the cleaning fee. It's hard to find good help in the Key's and everybody likes to get paid for the hard work they do!

It is suggested and encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover travel delays, bad weather or unexpected life events. Hurricane season is from June 1 to Dec 1, and there will be no refunds for cancelled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations.

2nd Wednesday of each month the HOA will spray for insects. They have to have access or do not book on that day.

Check out is 10am and checkin is at 4pm. I abide by all CDC cleaning guidelines which require the unit to be completely vacant for a timeframe. Unfortunately this prevents me from honoring late checkout and early checkin requests. Please adjust your travel day.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
