This condo has a beach, viewing pier, rentable boat slips, & boat trailer storage, café and a very large heated pool with a bar and gated entry with 24 hour security! Perfectly located between Key Largo and Islamorada, close to Pennekamp State Park, Harry Harris State Park, popular restaurants on the water, and the best fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and diving the world has to offer at your footsteps.
4th floor condo sleeps 4 and offers updated kitchen with real wood cabinetry, gorgeous quartz counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom has ensuite bath, accommodates a king size bed, elegant Tommy Bahama furnishings, a desk and a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed and ensuite bath. The totally updated hall bath has a walk in shower.
The top 4th floor unit is the sought after “D” model. The reason this model is so popular is due to the fact that the master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the condo AND has a private balcony. The condo has total of two balconies and a large window in the living room with ocean views!. Balconies overlook the protected mangroves with great birdwatching and the ocean with fantastic sunrises. They are small balconies, but we like them.
Baths and kitchen have been recently renovated.
Great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. I work desk is provided in the master suite. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and abide by the CDC cleaning guidelines. This is an ideal destination for relaxing and enjoying the breezy days and abundant sunshine in the Florida Keys! The Complex offers a private Keys beach, renovated large heated pool and hot tub, pool bar, waterfront cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, marina, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball, children's swings, BBQ areas. Just remember that you're on "Island Time," mon, relax and enjoy!

We provide the basics like starter kits for shampoo, conditioner, soap, start up toilet paper, a garbage bag and a roll of paper towels. We want our guests to feel at home visiting our home! Please bring replenishments. We do not provide additional.
Suggested items that you should bring to make your stay more comfortable: laundry detergent if you plan on using the washer and dryer, salt, pepper, spices, keurig coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, suntan lotion and bug spray.
Checkin is 4pm and checkout is 10am. I am not able to honor early checkin requests or late checkout requests. Please modify your travel days to accommodate the times.
SMOKING: No smoking allowed. Please do not smoke on the balconies because the smoke drifts into the condo.
PETS: No Pets allowed per HOA policy. I love furry friends but HOA does not. If you have a service animal, please let me know upon booking. I will provide to you the required paperwork for you to provide proof of Service Animal documentation for HOA. The Law allows HOA to ask for documentation. You will be turned away from the Gate Guard if YOU CHOOSE to arrive with a service animal without showing proof of documentation before arrival and informing me about the service animal.
MARINA/BOAT ACCESS:
Marina dock space and boat parking/storage is available with limited space. Both require a reservation through the Marina and the request for the reservation can be made two weeks prior to your date of arrival. It also requires proof of liability insurance. First come first serve on slip rentals and boat storage. If you plan on booking during boat season, May to September, it's first come, first serve. NO JETSKIS allowed on property or in the marina. You will be turned away at the Gate House with a jet ski in tow and/or a boat without a reservation.

Located at mile-marker 92.5 and is centrally located between Key Largo and Islamorada, our Oceanfront Resort-Style property is only ¼ mile from Highway US 1 and has 60 acres of protected mangrove forest.
- Several rental companies are within 5-10 min driving including: glass boat tours, kayaks, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, snorkeling and other water activities;
- The closest gas station and convenience store are ¼ miles away;
- Winn-Dixie supermarket, CVS, movie theater is only 1 mile away;
- Theatre of the Seas is 9 miles away;
- John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is 11 miles away;
- Miami International Airport is 70 miles away;
- Founders Park is 5 miles away.
- Harry Harris Park is just a mile away.

Ocean Pointe Suites is an amazing condo complex located just south of Key Largo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and offering a variety of activities like tennis, swimming, basketball and beach volleyball. The keys are known for some of the worlds best Fishing, Diving and Snorkeling and are a short drive away. This is an ideal destination for relaxing and enjoying the breezy days and abundant sunshine in the Florida Keys! Harry Harris park is located just down the street and is a great early morning walk for the walkers and joggers.
A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Located within 70 miles from Miami International Airport and an amazing 2 hour drive to Key West for a memorable day.

Unfortunately, our place isn’t well-suited for furry friends, so no pets are allowed, per HOA rules.
No smoking, please. No smoking on the balconies- the winds blow the smoke inside.
Condo is located on the fourth floor with an elevator.
Please follow all house rules posted in Airbnb as well as on the refrigerator. The security deposit will be affected if chosen not to.
Please do not ask to negotiate the cleaning fee. It's hard to find good help in the Key's and everybody likes to get paid for the hard work they do!
It is suggested and encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover travel delays, bad weather or unexpected life events. Hurricane season is from June 1 to Dec 1, and there will be no refunds for cancelled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations.
2nd Wednesday of each month the HOA will spray for insects. They have to have access or do not book on that day.
Check out is 10am and checkin is at 4pm. I abide by all CDC cleaning guidelines which require the unit to be completely vacant for a timeframe. Unfortunately this prevents me from honoring late checkout and early checkin requests. Please adjust your travel day.
The bolt on the door is broken. Please don't think you did it or I wasn't aware of it. We have Hurricane proof doors, and don't require the protection of the lock. You are very secure.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
